who i am
My name is Cyrus. I am an ex professional football player with over 20 years of sport/ fitness experience. From a young age it has been a priority to achieve an athletic physique in order to improve my performance on the football pitch. When my football career was halted due to a bad knee injury, my focus went from improving my performance in football to improving my physique on an aesthetic level. With over 5 years of being specifically committed to weight training and developing a better understanding of nutrition, I gained over 10kg in lean muscle and really narrowed down how to achieve a physique that I was proud of.
I became dedicated to weight training and building a strong physique, which opened more doors with my modelling career, as it led me to being involved with more fitness modelling work.
creating habits
I know how much more confident I became in all aspects of my life after having a solid plan fixed around the gym. I have created habits in all areas of my life, but this structure really started on the gym floor. Once I started taking my workouts seriously, so many other lifestyle changes followed suit, and in no time I had a system in place that worked. Since making the gym a necessity in my life, I have not only improved my physique, I have developed a determined and confident mind set that I want to help you discover as well!
